Engineers who cover emergency work need suppliers who can turn around a vehicle quickly. Some suppliers hold high-payload panel vans rated above the standard 800–1,000kg range. Availability depends on location and current fleet. When you submit your enquiry, include the approximate weight of your heaviest typical load and we will aim to match you to a supplier whose fleet can accommodate it. We will confirm the vehicle specification before making the introduction.
Refrigerated vans are available through some suppliers in our network, though this is specialist fleet and coverage is not universal. Where refrigerated transport is available in your area, we will match your enquiry to a suitable supplier. If coverage is limited or unavailable, we will tell you that directly rather than make an introduction that does not fit your requirement.
We prioritise urgent hire requests and aim to make an introduction as quickly as possible. The speed of the process depends on supplier availability in your area — we cannot guarantee immediate availability, but we will be clear about what is realistic within the timeframe.
